The Petitioner, David Gordon’s, request if granted, would permit the construction and installation of an 88 foot section of fence along the north side property line 8 feet in height in lieu of the permitted maximum height of 7-0 feet as specified in article 2.04–H, 3, b of the Deerfield Zoning Ordinance.
