a. SPECIAL USE PERMITS (AF-20-30 & AF-20-31) – Illini Power (Cenergy) has submitted applications for two Special Use Permits to establish and operate two (2) adjacent, but separate, solar gardens on a property located on the southeast corner of Crego and Keslinger Roads, in Afton Township.
b. ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT (DC-20-32) – James and Sarah Mueller have submitted a Text Amendment proposal to amend Section 5.09.C of the DeKalb County Zoning Ordinance to allow for allow for the keeping of chickens on residential properties of less than two (2) acres.
