Village of Gurnee Finance Committee met Nov. 9.
Here is the agenda provided by the committee:
1. 2020 Estimated Tax Levy
Ms. Bachar will discuss the Estimated Tax Levy that will be recommended for approval on November 23rd. The Final Tax Levy approval and Public Hearing will be on December 14th.
2. 2019 Tax Levy Collections
Ms. Bachar will give an update on the August/September tax collections.
3. Remote and In-Person Classroom Technology
The Department of Learning and Growth and Technology will discuss a possible classroom technology solution to coordinate remote and in-person learning.
4. COVID 19 – Update for 2020-2021
Ms. Bachar and Dr. Wilcox will discuss additional funding sources and any potential savings and/or costs associated with COVID 19.
