7. Consider passing ORDINANCE as follows:

(a) Approving, authorizing and ratifying an Emergency Siren Maintenance Contract per Chief Stried

8. DISCUSSION/AUTHORIZATION/APPROVAL

(a) Request permission to add an additional Lieutenant Position in the police department per Chief Barden

(b) Consider request from Zoe Life Academy to waive all fees associated with a new Special Use permit and occupancy inspection fees associated with the Special Use Permit for 2629 Sheridan Road per Director Ianson

(c) Consider request from Zoe Life Academy to waive all fees associated with a new Special Use Permit and occupancy inspection fees associated with the Special Use Permit for 1415 27th Street per Director Ianson
