Argument regarding the penalty phase of the proceedings – aggravation and mitigation

Both parties requested the right to submit written arguments in support of their positions regarding the appropriate penalty
The Board established the following schedule for submission of arguments:
February 22, 2021 – Complainant’s submission
March 15, 2021 – Respondent’s response
March 22, 2021 – Complainant’s reply
