The City of Park City held its regular Council meeting at City Hall, 3355 Belvidere Road, Park City, Illinois. Mayor Steve Pannell called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm

i. Attorney Karlovics had a discussion with Mayor Pannell, Treasurer Kinnavy, and Police Chief Holderbaum in regards to fees the City of Park City can pursue for offenses. Karlovics suggesting that donations be added to fines once the maximum amount has been reached. These donations would then be deposited into a separate Park & Recs fund and would provide funds for the Parks & Recs events held throughout the year. A fund will be established to begin collecting said donation fees.
