City of Highwood City Council Met Feb. 16.

CALL TO ORDER By Mayor Pecaro at 7:32 P.M.

1. Roll Call

Present: Aldermen Levi, Falberg, Fiore, Peterson and Hospodarsky

Also Present: City Manager Coren, City Attorney Jablecki and Administrative Assistant Litjens

2. Review of Minutes to be Ap proved

2.1. Moved by Alderman Hospodarsky and seconded by Alderman Fiore to approve the minutes for City Council: February 02, 2021. All present voting aye, by roll call vote, motion carried.

2.2. Moved by Alderman Levi and seconded by Alderman Falberg to approve the minutes for Committee of the Whole: February 02, 2021. All present voting aye, by roll call vote, motion carried.

3. Appointments (Mayor Pecaro)

4. Approval of Warrant List:

4.1. Moved by Alderman Levi and seconded by Alderman Falberg to approve the 02/16/2021 AP Warrant List for payment. All present voting aye, by roll call vote, motion carried.

11.1. Moved by Alderman Peterson and seconded by Alderman Falberg to approve a Resolution Approving an ARC Application and ARC recommendations for Façade Changes at Isaac & Moishe’s Deli, Located at 311 Waukegan Avenue. All present voting aye, by roll call vote, motion carried.

11.2. Moved by Alderman Levi and seconded by Alderman Fiore to approve a Motion Authorizing the City Manager to Execute an Agreement with Kane, McKenna and Associates, Inc to Prepare an Amended Redevelopment Plan for the Downtown TIF District and Coordinate the TIF Amendment, and to Spend up to $30,000 to Execute These Tasks. All present voting aye, by roll call vote, motion carried.
