City of Highwood Committee of the Whole met Feb. 2.

CALL TO ORDER
1. Roll Call by Mayor Pecaro at 6:04 P.M.
Present: Aldermen Slavin, Falberg, Peterson and Hospodarsky
Absent: Alderman Fiore
Late Arrival: Alderman Levi at 6:09 P.M.
Also Present: City Manager Coren, City Attorney Jablecki and Administrative Assistant Litjens

3. Review of Minutes to be Approved
3.1. City Council: January 19, 2021
The minutes will be approved at the Regular City Council meeting with the amendment of Alderman Fiore seconding the motion of item 3.1 on the 01 19 2021 City Council agenda.

5. Review of Bill Warrant List
5.1. 02/02/2021 AP Warrant List
The Warrant List will be approved for payment as presented at the Regular City Council meeting.

7.1 A Presentation by BKD, LLP on the Audit of the City’s Finances for the Fiscal Year Ending April 30, 2020.
Scott Termine gave a brief overview of the FY20 audit.
7.2 Consideration of a Resolution Approving an ARC Application for Façade Changes at 419 Sheridan Road.
City Council requested more information from the Applicant.
7.3 A Discussion on the Façade, Signage and Appearance of the Windy City Dispensary, Located at 260 Green Bay Road.
Modifications to the window screening, color palette, awnings and lighting were discussed.
7.4 A Discussion on the December 2020 Treasurer’s Report.
City Manager Coren said we are in line with projections given throughout the year during the Covid-19 Pandemic.

10. Adjournment moved by Alderman Hospodarsky and seconded by Alderman Peterson to adjourn the meeting. All present voting aye, by roll call vote, motion carried. Mayor Pecaro adjourned the meeting at 7:25 P.M.
