CALL TO ORDER

3. Discuss and Consider Approval of an Ordinance Approving the Annual Budget and Capital Improvement Plan for Fiscal Year 2021-2022.

4. Discuss and Consider Approval of a Transferee Assumption Agreement between T Bannockburn Green IL (“Owner”), LLC, and The Cheyenne Meadows Trust dated March 25, 1997, ("Transferee"), and the Village of Bannockburn, Illinois, an Illinois Municipal Corporation ("Village").

5. Discuss and Consider a Resolution related to 2151 Waukegan Road Transfer of Ownership

a. Discuss and Consider Approval of a Resolution Waiving Cross-Easement Requirement in Bannockburn Ordinance No. 2000-16 (2151 Waukegan Road).

b. Discuss and Consider Approval of a Resolution Approving a Transferee Assumption Agreement (2151 Waukegan Road)

6. Discuss and Consider Approval of a Resolution Approving a Residential Solid Waste and Recycling Services Agreement between the Village of Bannockburn and Lakeshore Waste Services LLC.

7. Discuss and Consider Accepting the Architectural Review Commission (ARC) Application approved at the March 16, 2021 ARC Meeting for a Garden structure on the property at the existing residence, located at 1150 North Avenue, Submitted by Brian & Mindi Rice.

8. Consider Approval of Updated Gewalt Hamilton Associates, Inc. Fees (Engineering Consulting Services).

9. Consider Approval of a Resolution Approving the Purchase of Building Department Software and Related Professional Services from BS&A Software.

10. Discuss and Consider Approval of a Resolution Approving Updated Emergency Dispatch Services Agreement Between the Village of Deerfield and the Village of Bannockburn.

11. Discuss and Consider Approval of a Waiver to the Village Board Appeal Process Regarding the Following Architectural Review Commission Application to be Considered at the April 20, 2021 Architectural Review Commission Meeting:

a) Veterinary Specialty Clinic (2051 Waukegan Road) - revised architectural building elevations and minor modifications to the site plan at the property located at 2051 Waukegan Road, Submitted by VSC.

b) 1755 Half Day Road - A fence to the rear of the house located at 1755 Half Day Road, submitted by Ram Saladi.

c) 1900 Wilmot Road - A replacement fence and new fence along the north and west property lines located at 1900 Wilmot Road, submitted by Juan Luciano.

d) 1150 North Avenue - A Pergola with and attached Building Mounted Solar System on the property at the existing residence, located at 1150 North Avenue, Submitted by Brian & Mindi Rice.
