City of Highwood City Council met March 16.

CALL TO ORDER BY Mayor Pecaro at 7:57 P.M.
1. Roll Call
Present: Alderman Levi, Slavin, Falberg, Fiore, Peterson and Hospodarsky
Also Present: City Manager Coren, Assistant City Manager Martin, City Attorney Jablecki and Administrative Assistant Litjens
2. Pledge of Allegiance
All present recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
3. Review of Minutes to be Ap proved
3.1. Moved by Alderman Fiore and seconded by Alderman Levi to approve the minutes for City Council: March 02, 2021 as presented. All present voting aye, by roll call vote, motion carried.
4. Appointments (Mayor Pecaro)
5. Approval of Warrant List:
5.1. Moved by Alderman Slavin and seconded by Alderman Fiore to approve the 03/16/2021 AP Warrant List for payment as presented. All present voting aye, byroll call vote, motion carried.

12.1. Moved by Alderman Fiore and seconded by Alderman Levi to approve anOrdinance Adopting by Reference of the Lake County Watershed DevelopmentOrdinance. All present voting aye, by roll call vote, motion carried.
12.2. Moved by Alderman Fiore and seconded by Alderman Falberg to approve a Resolution Approving an ARC Application for Wall and Door Signage at Windy CityDispensary, Located at 260 Green Bay Road as submitted. All present voting aye, by voice vote, motion carried.
12.3. Moved by Alderman Falberg and seconded by Alderman Levi to approve a Resolution Approving an ARC Application for Window Signage at Windy City Dispensary, Located at 260 Green Bay Road with the 27.5 inch flower window graphic and single panel light gray border on the top of the window. All present voting aye, by voice vote, motion carried.
