The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $19,338.20, 2.34% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $970,000 on Oct. 30, 2001.

So far in August 2021, 12 properties sold in Riverwoods.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Beth S. Kainic has been registered to vote since 1992 and has voted in at least seven primary elections, records show, including seven Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were five registered voters residing at 2765 Forest Glen Trail as of Oct. 10, 2020: Beth S. Kainic, 60, Jean-Yves H. Kainic, 65, Anne F. Kainic, 32, Jenna Aline Kainic, 28, and Jacob Kainic.
