· Section H.2.a.i of the Lake County Ethics & Conduct Code states that the Commission shall have the power to promulgate procedures and rules governing the performance of its duties, the exercise of its powers, and notice to parties.
· County Administration has created draft operational procedures for the Commission to consider with an outline of potential process.
