The Village has addressed a recent issue concerning some residents' CivicPay auto-debit payments not appearing on their July 1st utility bills. Although the payments were processed successfully on June 24th, they were not posted to accounts until July 1, 2025. Consequently, these payments did not appear on the statement generated that day.

Residents are assured that no late fees have been charged and their payments have been correctly applied to their accounts. A regular payment reminder from CivicPay will be sent around the 21st of this month, reflecting only the current month's balance due.

For further information or assistance, residents can log into their CivicPay account at any time to view balances and payment history or contact customer service at 847-526-9600.

"We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or confusion this may have caused and appreciate your understanding."
