On Nov. 3, Keivelle Lake and Lashaunique Plummer purchased a home at 605 Pheasant Ridge Drive, Lake Zurich from Schuyler Davis Co. (trustee), Julian S. Davis Co. (trustee) and Davis Bruce H. (trustee) for $360,000.

In 2019, the property tax paid for this property was $8,827.36, which is 2.45% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of two sales so far in Lake Zurich in November 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 605 Pheasant Ridge Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Bruce H. Davis, 71, and Genie S Lerch-Davis, 68.
