On Nov. 30, Sandra Sheffer, Cynthia Iovine, Steigerwald Wayne (estate) and Steigerwald Veronica (estate) sold their home at 776 S. Providence Lane, Round Lake to Laura De Spain for $181,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $2,919.92. This is 1.61% of the sale price of the home.

So far in November 2021, 48 properties sold in Round Lake.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Wayne J. Steigerwald has been registered to vote since 2003 and has voted in at least five primary elections, records show, including three Democratic Primaries and two Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 776 S. Providence Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Wayne J. Steigerwald, 79, and Veronica J. Steigerwald, 76.
