On Nov. 30, Ankit Patel and Tanvi Mehta purchased a home at 22317 N. Greenmeadow Drive, Kildeer from Merim Becirovic and Marilina Ruesch for $1,270,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $36,267.16, which is 2.86% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $1,150,000 on Nov. 10, 2015.

So far in November 2021, nine properties sold in Kildeer.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Merim Becirovic has been registered to vote since 2015.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 22317 N. Greenmeadow Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Sarah Elizabeth Geiselman, 26, Merim Becirovic, 50, Theodore S. Geiselman, 65, and Lisa G Geiselman, 54.
