On Jan. 10, Alay and Bharatkumar Nandlal Shah and Meeraben Patel purchased a home at 1205 Ashbury Lane, Libertyville from James L. and Cathy K. Milam for $740,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $20,318.12, 2.75% of the sale price of the home.
