The home at 3031 Nicklaus Lane, Waukegan was sold on Jan. 7 by June Patterson for $203,000. The buyers were Aveline R Wojtkiewicz and Frank R. Wojtkiewicz.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $2,095.35, 1.03% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, three properties sold in Waukegan.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, June D. Patterson (77) has been registered to vote since 2014 and has voted in at least 11 primary elections, records show, including 11 Democratic Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
