On Dec. 29, David Guan and Eunice H. Lee sold their home at 174 Colonial Drive, Vernon Hills to Erik and Dana Albrecht for $605,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $16,203.32, 2.68% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of 26 sales so far in Vernon Hills in December 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, David Guan Lee has been registered to vote since 2010 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary. Eunice Lee has been registered to vote since 2003 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
