The four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 405 Claret Drive, Buffalo Grove was sold on Dec. 29 by Rahul and Anjana Patel for $523,000. The buyers were Karun Kumar Gudise and Prasannakumari Annaladasu.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $14,250.08, 2.72% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Sept. 12, 2013. It last sold for $338,000.

So far in December 2021, 37 properties sold in Buffalo Grove.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Anjana Rahul Patel has been registered to vote since 2016. Rahul R. Patel has been registered to vote since 2014.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 405 Claret Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Anjana Rahul Patel, 48, Samantha A. Buchweitz, 34, Rahul R. Patel, 49, and Radha Patel.
