On Dec. 23, James and Noreen Dowdall sold their home at 34250 N. Birch Lane, Gurnee to Dustin and Candace Tallisman and Christine Vollmer for $173,500.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $2,004.37, 1.16% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Sept. 2, 2021 for $122,900.

So far in December 2021, 39 properties sold in Gurnee.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Kevin Talmage Howell, 47, was the only registered voter residing at 34250 N. Birch Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020.
