On Dec. 22, Sheriff LK Cty and Katherine W. Wood sold their three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 53 Knightsbridge Court, Mundelein to Custom Dev LLC for $199,501.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $3,696.93. This is 1.85% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Feb. 12, 2014 for $210,500.
