Home prices increased in Echo Lake during the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Echo Lake rose by $151,450 while total sales decreased by 55.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $509,950 - a 42.2% increase over the $358,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Echo Lake in the second half of 2020.
