Continuing its 25th Anniversary celebration, the James Lumber Center for the Performing Arts (JLC) at College of Lake County (CLC) welcomes two engaging professional touring events to the Mainstage this March.

The dynamic father-son piano duo Ryan & Ryan will perform their irresistibly engaging program entitled “Going Gershwin.” The evening will include their interpretations of songs celebrating one of America’s greatest composers, including “Rhapsody in Blue,” excerpts from “Porgy and Bess” and more. The show is Wednesday, March 2 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $12-$35.

The Magic of Bill Blagg is an action-packed spectacular filled with magic and jaw-dropping illusions that will leave the audience in disbelief. Blagg’s show combines mind-blowing magical talents where he creates the impossible through incredible interactive magic. The show is Saturday, March 19 at 3 p.m. Tickets are $12-$35.

Individual and group tickets are available for both events. For more information, call the JLC Box Office at (847) 543-2300 or send an email requesting information to clcboxoffice@clcillinois.edu. Print-at-home tickets are no longer available. Box office hours are Monday-Friday, noon to 5 p.m. Visit the JLC website at www.clcillinois.edu/jlc for more information on the JLC’s spring events as well as seating charts depicting reduced seating.

Masks are required for everyone at CLC and the JLC. Performers onstage will be unmasked. Audience and venue support (backstage and front of house) will remain masked inside. Seating in the Mainstage will have reduced capacity to accommodate social distancing. CLC has enhanced cleaning procedures in the theatre, restroom and common touchpoints.
