David and Nelli Ban acquire 1012 Alden Lane, Buffalo Grove

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $24,966.20, which is 5.6% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Sept. 27, 2013. It last sold for $395,000.

This property is the only sale in Buffalo Grove so far in February 2022 as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Nelli A. Ban has been registered to vote since 2016. David C. Ban has been registered to vote since 2014 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
