On Jan. 21, Ilya and Marina Trakhtenberg purchased a home at 2355 West Course Drive, Riverwoods from Reed Phillip S. (trustee), Jan S. Reed (trustee) and Reed Jan Stern (trustee) for $1,150,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $20,079.72, 1.75% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on April 26, 2005 for $1,430,000.

This property is one of six sales so far in Riverwoods in January 2022.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Phillip S. Reed has been registered to vote since 2005 and has voted in at least eight primary elections, records show, including eight Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 2355 West Course Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Amy Stern Reed, 30, Phillip S. Reed, 65, Jan Stern Reed, 62, and Ellen S. Reed, 33.
