The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $4,751.10, 2.44% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, seven properties sold in Winthrop Harbor.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were three registered voters residing at 911 Shields Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Angelica Maria Oglesby, 45, Nicholas Carlton Dowdal, 38, and Stacy Anne Archibald, 37.
