On Jan. 19, Binh T. and Truc Thi T. Nguyen purchased a home at 1751 White Fence Lane, Green Oaks from Albert Chi-Ho Lai and Seong Suk Park for $675,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $15,241.66, 2.26% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $635,000 on July 14, 2014.

So far in January 2022, three properties sold in Green Oaks.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Seong Suk Park has been registered to vote since 2015. Albert Chi Ho Lai has been registered to vote since 2014.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
