The home at 325 Osprey Lane, Lindenhurst was sold on Feb. 25 by US Bank (trustee) and Towd Point Mortgage (trustee) for $320,000. The buyers were Gail Ash and Seopaul Raghunanan.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $13,066.72, 4.08% of the sale price of the home.

So far in February 2022, 14 properties sold in Lindenhurst.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were nine registered voters residing at 325 Osprey Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Zaghik Kelekian, 86, Penny L. Camis, John J. Dickerson, 54, Troy M. Camis, 24, Terry B. Downing, 67, Cathy L. Kovar, 66, Adrian P. Collins, Sharon a Cook, 58, and Michael R. Collins, 49.
