On Feb. 25, Matthew and Anita Testa purchased a home at 279 Aspen Lane, Highland Park from Gennady and Victoriya Revzin for $925,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $22,004.98, 2.38% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $685,000 on Feb. 3, 2006.

This property is one of 40 sales so far in Highland Park in February 2022.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Victoriya Revzin has been registered to vote since 2011. Gennady Revzin has been registered to vote since 2008.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 279 Aspen Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Victoriya Revzin, 60, Gennady Revzin, 68, and Elina Bampi, 58.
