On Feb. 25, Noe Vasquez Sandoval and Paula Morales Arce purchased a home at 237 Highwood Ave., Highwood from Matthew L. and Prerna P. Pasulka and Smita V Patel for $300,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $2,766.77, 0.92% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $190,000 on Sept. 25, 2012.

So far in February 2022, eight properties sold in Highwood.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Smita Patel has been registered to vote since 2018. Prerna P. Pasulka has been registered to vote since 2013 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries. Matthew Leitich Pasulka has been registered to vote since 2016 and has voted in at least six primary elections, records show, including six Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were five registered voters residing at 237 Highwood Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Vikram C Patel, 75, Smita Patel, Devin Padriac Wolff, 54, Prerna P. Pasulka, 40, and Matthew Leitich Pasulka, 43.
