On Feb. 24, Petzel James P. (trustee) sold their home at 2578 N. Augusta Drive, Waukegan to Russell E. Duszak for $245,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $6,684.10, which is 2.73% of the sale price of the home.

So far in February 2022, 69 properties sold in Waukegan.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, James P. Petzel, 62, was the only registered voter residing at 2578 N. Augusta Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020.
