On Feb. 24, Mitchell Munda and Tess Burns purchased a four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 988 Victoria St., Antioch from Angela S. and Kenneth D. Vitacco for $250,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $6,322.26, 2.53% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was April 19, 2017. It last sold for $190,000.

This property is one of 18 sales so far in Antioch in February 2022.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Angela S. Vitacco has been registered to vote since 2018 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including one Republican Primary. Kenneth Dean Vitacco has been registered to vote since 2017.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 988 Victoria St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Angela S. Vitacco, 59, Samuel Adam Vitacco, 29, and Kenneth Dean Vitacco, 57.
