On Feb. 24, Igor and Monika Pogoda purchased a home at 571 Grosse Pointe Circle, Vernon Hills from Kenneth Nishimura and Moumm Keo for $234,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $5,461.80, which is 2.33% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Feb. 9, 2017. It last sold for $201,000.

So far in February 2022, 27 properties sold in Vernon Hills.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Moumm Keo has been registered to vote since 2018. Kenneth Nishimura has been registered to vote since 2017.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 571 Grosse Pointe Circle as of Oct. 10, 2020: Moumm Keo, 64, Kenneth Nishimura, 67, and Supharem Keo, 27.
