On Feb. 24, Maruthi Kumar Chalavadi and Bindu Madhavi Penugonda sold their home at 19 W. Canterbury Lane, Buffalo Grove to Venkata Rajasuman Kaliki and Bhargavi Kalichetti for $495,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $13,535.94, which is 2.73% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Nov. 17, 2016 for $435,000.

So far in February 2022, 17 properties sold in Buffalo Grove.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Roberta Kirlyuchenko, 32, was the only registered voter residing at 19 W. Canterbury Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020.
