On Feb. 24, John E. Dondon III and Joan M Dondon purchased a home at 27466 W. Ashland Ave., Spring Grove from Chicago Title Land Trust Co. (trustee) for $65,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $2,020.04, 3.11% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of four sales so far in Spring Grove in February 2022.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Michael J. Straub, 61, was the only registered voter residing at 27466 W. Ashland Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
