On Feb. 23, Anibal Cantarero Licona and Gladys Olimpia Alcerro purchased a five bedroom, three bathroom home at 1395 Wentworth Drive, Volo from Lisa A. Korab and Lisa Anderson (now known as) for $350,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $11,833.26, 3.38% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on June 27, 2013 for $215,000.

So far in February 2022, eight properties sold in Volo.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Lisa A. Anderson has been registered to vote since 2018. Lisa a Korab has been registered to vote since 2013.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were six registered voters residing at 1395 Wentworth Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Lisa A. Anderson, 57, David A. McPhee, 66, Lisa a Korab, 57, Jimell T. L. Topps, 53, Debra Lynn Page, 54, and Jeremiah Page.
