On Feb. 23, Craig A. Claussen and Scott G Dobrow purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 580 Washington Place, Highland Park from Charles John Smessalert and Winifred S. Courtland for $425,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $8,996.64. This is 2.12% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on April 15, 2013 for $375,000.

So far in February 2022, 40 properties sold in Highland Park.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Winifred S. Courtland has been registered to vote since 2013 and has voted in at least six primary elections, records show, including six Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 580 Washington Place as of Oct. 10, 2020: Winifred S. Courtland, 50, and Charles John Smessaert, 54.
