On Feb. 23, C&H Residential Holdings LLC purchased a home at 18040 W. Kewaunee Drive, Gages Lake from John B. and Mary B. Rader for $125,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $4,450.34. This is 3.56% of the sale price of the home.

So far in February 2022, 13 properties sold in Gages Lake.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Mary B. Rader has been registered to vote since 1985 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Democratic Primary. John B. Rader has been registered to vote since 1985 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
