On Feb. 14, Michal Furtak purchased a three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 36891 N. Grandwood Drive, Grandwood Park from Shawn B. and Lynne M. S. Depke for $229,900.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $3,106.91, 1.35% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on April 6, 2011 for $131,000.

So far in February 2022, five properties sold in Grandwood Park.
