On March 22, Qingquan Wu sold their home at 1225 Hunters Lane, Lake Zurich to Danuta Fink for $240,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $5,394.12, 2.25% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Nov. 15, 2016 for $132,404.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were five registered voters residing at 1225 Hunters Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Katherine E. Scanlan, 61, David M. Szum, 59, Julie Ann Szum, 59, Benjamin David Szum, 32, and Jerome T Scanlan, 71.
