Anthony Maravola acquires 13191 W. Sheffield Lane, Beach Park

On March 24, Ibata Thomas T. (estate) and Brent Ibata (executor) sold their home at 13191 W. Sheffield Lane, Beach Park to Anthony Maravola for $272,500.

So far in March 2022, 34 properties sold in Beach Park.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Thomas T. Ibata has been registered to vote since 2003 and has voted in at least six primary elections, records show, including six Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 13191 W. Sheffield Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Agnes M Ibata, 102, and Thomas T. Ibata, 106.
