The home at 41 Lakeside Lane, Fox Lake was sold on March 30 by Barbara L. Schau for $505,000. The buyers were John William McCarville Co. (trustee), Mary McCarville Co. (trustee) and McCarville John William and Mary (trustee).

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $20,582.24, 4.08% of the sale price of the home.

So far in March 2022, 60 properties sold in Fox Lake.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Barbara L. Schau has been registered to vote since 2008 and has voted in at least three primary elections, records show, including one Democratic Primary and two Republican Primaries.
