On March 31, Michael and Karen Muir purchased a home at 1183 Rodgers Lane, Lake Zurich from Jeffrey H. and Lisa A. Jones for $685,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $14,210.38, 2.07% of the sale price of the home.

So far in March 2022, 55 properties sold in Lake Zurich.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Lisa A. Jones has been registered to vote since 1998 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary. Jeffrey H. Jones has been registered to vote since 2000 and has voted in at least three primary elections, records show, including one Democratic Primary and two Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 1183 Rodgers Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Lisa A. Jones, 52, Ethan Jones, Jeffrey H. Jones, 53, and Teagan Jones.
