On April 1, Thomas B. Hood Ind (estate administrator) and Koll Rita Rose (estate) sold their home at 1515 Brentwood Drive, Round Lake Beach to Samuel Martin Garcia and Araceli Patino Soto for $130,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $1,462.22, which is 1.12% of the sale price of the home.

So far in April 2022, this is the only property that sold in Round Lake Beach as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Rita R. Koll, 85, was the only registered voter residing at 1515 Brentwood Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020.
