On April 1, Tricia Shidal and Ryan Shidal-Dalke purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 3668 Atlantic Ave., Gurnee from Judy Salazar for $290,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $5,210.44, 1.8% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $195,000 on Dec. 7, 2015.

So far in April 2022, two properties sold in Gurnee.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Judy Salazar has been registered to vote since 2016.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 3668 Atlantic Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Judy Salazar, 52, and Jose Lopez.
