The home at 1941 Sprucewood Lane, Gurnee was sold on April 6 by Kyle Benoit and Enjoli Daley for $407,000. The buyers were Connor Clark and Emily Shapiro.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $8,442.20, 2.07% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Dec. 7, 2018 for $257,000.

So far in April 2022, five properties sold in Gurnee.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Kyle E. Benoit has been registered to vote since 2019 and has voted in at least three primary elections, records show, including three Democratic Primaries. Enjoli D. Daley has been registered to vote since 2019 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
