On April 5, Jennifer Lyn and Richard Brian Bentley purchased a home at 2080 Cranbrook Road, Green Oaks from Michael K. and Kimberly Murphy and Kimberly J. Forrest (formerly known as) for $658,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $12,543.12, 1.91% of the sale price of the home.

So far in April 2022, this is the only property that sold in Green Oaks as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Kimberly J. Murphy has been registered to vote since 2016 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Republican Primaries. Michael K. Murphy has been registered to vote since 2018.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
