On April 4, Joshua Gilliland and Emily Tobias purchased a home at 31133 N Prairie Ridge Road, Green Oaks from Karen Purse Co. (trustee) and Craig Purse Co. (trustee) for $715,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $14,758.88, 2.06% of the sale price of the home.

This property is the only sale in Green Oaks so far in April 2022 as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Craig B. Purse has been registered to vote since 2013. Karen E. Purse has been registered to vote since 2000 and has voted in at least six primary elections, records show, including six Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 31133 N Prairie Ridge Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: Craig B. Purse, 66, Marilyn P. Hurley, 88, and Karen E. Purse, 64.
