Median home prices in Highwood rose to $362,000 in Q2

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Highwood rose by $32,500 while total sales increased by 12.5 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $362,000 - a 9.9 percent increase over the $329,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Highwood in the second quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Highwood for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $7,183, approximately two percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
